It’s simple. Once you enroll in the Mi Abuelo’s Rewards program you automatically start earning points for eligible transactions made at all Abuelo’s Restaurants. As a Mi Abuelo’s Rewards member you’ll have the opportunity to take advantage of great rewards, exclusive offers, and other benefits once you complete your registration.

You can sign up for our Mi Abuelo’s Rewards program by registering on the Abuelo’s website or on our Abuelo’s app available in the Apple Store or Google Play Store. Once you’ve completed signing up, you will receive a welcome email explaining how our program works. You will receive a Free Appetizer after the first transaction on your account.

Mi Abuelo’s Rewards is free to join! If you love Mexican Foods as much as we do, this rewards program is for you!

You’ll earn 1 point for each $1.00 spent on food and beverages (excluding tax and gratuities and after applying any discounts or coupons) at Abuelo’s Mexican Restaurants. When you dine with us, be sure to give your phone number to your server or the rewards check-in code from the Abuelo’s app. When you order online at abuelos.com or on the Abuelo’s app, be sure you’re signed into your rewards account to accrue points for your transaction.

Points may not be earned on amounts associated with taxes and gratuities. Points are calculated with the subtotal.

On a purchase with a discount, points will be earned on the net discounted amount of the purchase.

Points will not accrue for the purchase of a gift card but will accrue when the gift card is redeemed.

Points may be earned for dine-in, take out or catering orders only. For EZ catering orders, submit points to https://www.abuelos.com/rewards/rewards-points-inquiry/.

Points cannot be earned on third party orders or third-party ordering apps.

Points will be rounded to the nearest whole dollar of the purchase. For example, a $10.49 purchase will round down to 10 points while a $12.50 purchase will round up to 13 points.

To download the Abuelo’s app, visit the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Once you are in the appropriate app store for your device, you will see either option: it will say “get” if you haven’t downloaded the Abuelo’s before or it will say “update” if you have downloaded the Abuelo’s app before. Click the option you see, and the app will download to your device. Apple Store (iOS) Google Play Store (Android).

Do not be alarmed! This is for security purposes. If you receive this error message and have a current Mi Abuelo’s Rewards account with us, you need to reset the password on your account. After you reset your password, try logging into the app again. If you continue to experience issues after resetting your password, please fill out this form and we will look into the issue.

To earn points for dine in, give your server your phone number or the rewards check-in code from the Abuelo’s app. They will take either option and apply your account to the check to accrue your points.

For joining Mi Abuelo’s Rewards, you will receive a reward after you first visit.

Once you’re registered into the program, you’ll receive $15 off for every 200 points earned.

We’ll also send you a special offer for your birthday* and surprise offers throughout the year. *Must visit two times before your birthday month the year that is it occurring.

As soon as your account is registered you can start earning points each time you dine with us.

You can manage your account through the Abuelo’s app or login to our website to view your account information.

No worries! If you forgot to get your points added during your visit, please submit them here: https://www.abuelos.com/rewards/rewards-points-inquiry/. You must submit a receipt on the link to receive missed points.

Please keep in mind it can take up to 72 hours for points to be added to your account.
